I have been doing the big 5 workout for about over a month now. I was just wondering would it get me "quicker" results if i performed the big 5 twice a week instead of once. I am young (18) and i feel like my body has faster recovery times than most since my soreness after the workout goes away 2-3 days after. So what do yall think?

Yes, I would say cut back to one workout every 5 days. This is especially important in the first ~10 workouts because you are literally learning how to exercise like this. The movements themselves may even be new to you.
Track your progress closely and be prepared to increase recovery time back to 6/7/8 days if your progress slows or stops.
